Meet Steve
Steve has been a Baptist Pastor for over 30 years, walking alongside people through faith, growth, and life’s ups and downs. He’s led teams, navigated governance and change management, and worked extensively with not-for-profits. Along the way, he’s helped countless individuals and teams find clarity, purpose, and resilience. He also has a special passion for supporting neurodivergent leaders, particularly those with ADHD and Autism.
Beyond his work, Steve loves to travel and appreciates a good cup of coffee (the well-brewed kind, of course). He’s married to Vicki, and together they’ve raised three adult kids and now get to enjoy the joy of grandparenthood.
At SoulSpace Pathways, Steve offers professional supervision, spiritual direction, retreats, and pastoral coaching—bringing both warmth and wisdom to the people he supports.
In addition to being a Qualified Supervisor and Spiritual Director, Steve is a vowed member of The Order of the Mustard Seed, a global lay movement committed to prayer, mission, and justice.
His qualifications include:
Diploma of Biblical Studies (Burleigh College)
Bachelor of Ministries (Australian College of Theology)
Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Direction (Tabor College)
Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Charles Sturt University/St. Mark’s College)
He’s also a member of the Ecumenical Spiritual Directors Association of SA and The Australasian Association of Supervision.
